Student Training course
Beginner 17p ghosh yoga Practice

This course is taught over an 8 class period (2 one-hour classes per week for 4 weeks) or a two-day intensive immersion. Students will learn a 17 posture (17p) sequence suitable to all beginner students including those with zero experience with yoga. 

Students will learn to do each posture according to their own ability, including modifications for making the posture easier or more challenging, as well as the purpose, health benefits and breathing recommendations for each posture.

Each class will spend time covering only 2-3 postures at a time, allowing students to learn, practice and understand each posture thoroughly before moving on.

The last two classes or the course will be a complete posture practice of the sequence allowing students to fully experience the practice in it's final form. The final sequence is meant to be practiced as a 30-40 minute practice session.

From there, students will have the knowledge and confidence to continue this practice either on their own or in class.


Student Training course
Intermediate 15p ghosh yoga Practice

This course is taught over an 8 class period (2 one-hour classes per week for 4 weeks) or a two-day intensive immersion. Students will learn a 15 posture (15p) sequence suitable to students who have at least beginner level yoga experience and have completed at least one beginner level student training course.

Students will learn how to do each posture, including modifications for making the posture easier or more challenging, as well as the purpose, health benefits and breathing recommendations for each posture.

Each class will cover spend time covering only 2-3 postures at a time, allowing students to learn, practice and understand each posture thoroughly before moving on.

The last two classes or the course will be a complete posture practice of the sequence allowing students to fully experience the practice in it's final form. The final sequence is meant to be practiced as a 30-40 minute practice.

From there, students will have the knowledge and confidence to continue this practice either on their own or in class.

This a long practice that will cover most of the intermediate level postures and take from about 1.5 to 2 hours. This practice is suitable for intermediate level students who would like a longer more in-depth practice session.

This practice will cover more advanced postures than the intermediate level 1 practice and last at least 2 hours long. This practice is suitable for intermediate level students who would like a longer more in-depth practice session that also includes more advanced posture practice.
